Pricing and Services

Barton Manor Apartments are available for rental on a minimum of a 1-year Shorthold Tenancy or a 5-year Lease. Each Apartment is secured with a returnable Bond Deposit of £4,000. Rentals are paid monthly or weekly in advance and prices range from £675 to £1083 a month, inclusive of services. All legal and administration charges are paid by NGR Properties Limited.

Unique rental scheme

Monthly rentals ensure that almost all the costs and responsibilities associated with ownership no longer apply. You are responsible for your own utility charges such as water, gas, electricity and local council tax.

On the expiry of the Lease/Tenancy you have two options – to ether terminate the Lease/Tenancy and your Bonded Deposit will be returned to you, or renew for a further 5 years at no cost to you. Just a signature on the new Lease, it couldn’t be easier!

Your rental or lease includes:

  • The assistance of an experienced housekeeper who deals with the day-to-day running of the complex
  • 24 hour maintenance call response.
  • All water, electricity and gas charges for communal areas
  • All service charges for lift, generator and other shared equipment
  • Full maintenance of fitted gas and electrical appliances in each apartment
  • Decoration and maintenance of the buildings, including all common areas and gardens
  • Regular external window cleaning.

You are responsible for:

  • Payment of your own utility charges - water, electricity, gas and council tax
  • Contents insurance
  • TV licence (Satellite TV and digital radio is supplied free by us)
  • Telephone charges.
