"From the moment you walk into the house you know you've made the right choice. 
The house is stylish & exquisitely decorated as well as being homely & inviting. I spent 3 days at the house over Christmas with my family. There are 4 bedrooms and a snug with a single bed. A spacious dining area & kitchen. The lounge is welcoming & comfortable to relax in. Sara put up beautiful Christmas decorations to make the stay even more special. Pagham beach is just a 20 minute walk, food shops close by if you have forgotten something & a really nice pub at the end of the lane. Sara was extremely helpful & on hand to answer any questions. I'm already planning the next stay."

We recently had the pleasure of staying in Apartment 3 and I must say that it exceeded all our expectations. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by an atmosphere of comfort and style that instantly made us feel at home.
Hosts Sara and Nigel were friendly, professional, and attentive ensuring that our stay was as pleasant as possible especially as they were able to accommodate us at such short notice, even providing us with some groceries, fresh flowers, and chocolates on arrival.
The layout of the apartment was superb, tastefully decorated and had everything that we could possibly need. The furniture was stylish and very comfortable. The attention to detail was evident in every room, with a carefully selected colour scheme that created a soothing ambiance. It was evident that Sara and Nigel take great pride in maintaining a very high standard.

She was incredibly helpful and accessible (in a non-intrusive way) throughout our stay, providing us with great recommendations for local attractions and dining options. The house itself was an absolute gem. Impeccably clean, tastefully decorated and located in a very tranquil area, it offered the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of our everyday lives. We wanted to explore the coast, and we were not disappointed. The location of this Airbnb was ideal, with a selection of local beaches just a short drive away. In summary, our stay at this Airbnb was an absolute delight. Immaculate apartment and couldn’t have asked for a more helpful and informative host. Sara was fantastic in recommending local restaurants and was always quick to respond whenever we needed anything. We felt very well looked after and the apartment was the perfect haven for us to retire to after long days at the Goodwood Festival. It was spotless, had everything we needed and was a pleasure to visit - definitely recommend Barton Manor.

We stayed at Sara's 2 years ago and liked it then which is why we returned. It is very comfortable with everything you need to prepare your own meals if that's what you want. It is very very quiet being a private road which we really like. It is walking distance to the beach and close to both Bognor Regis and Chichester. There are a number of pubs within walking distance and we would recommend The Lion. My sisters and I need to be in the area every 2 years and we have agreed that we will always try and stay at Sara's apartment.
